On April 19, 2023, a cooperative exchange meeting themed "Mutual Cooperation - Innovative Integration" was jointly organized by theSecond Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University, Suzhou Biomedical Industry Park (BioBAY), and the Suzhou Clinical Research Services Platform. The event, guided by the Suzhou Municipal Health Commission, took place at the Jinji Lake Exhibition Center in Suzhou. Clinical Service Center, represented by Beijing Clinical Service Center Medical Research Co., Ltd., was invited to participate in the conference. During the event, comprehensive and in-depth collaboration discussions were conducted with theSecond Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University on various aspects, including innovative drug clinical research, global drug regulatory policy exchange, exploration of digitalization in clinical research, innovative therapies, and the establishment of a regulatory system for dual-reporting varieties between China and the United States. The collaboration resulted in the successful signing of a strategic cooperation framework agreement. The signing ceremony was witnessed by leaders from the Suzhou Municipal Health Commission, the Innovation Cooperation Department of the Industrial Park Science and Technology Investment Center, and other distinguished guests.

Nearly a hundred experts, including representatives from enterprises, and professionals from various departments such as clinical trial institutions, Phase I Clinical Trial Center, Urology Department, Hematology Department, Neurology Department, Endocrinology Department, Gastroenterology Department, Rheumatology and Immunology Department, and Oncology Department at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University, jointly witnessed this important moment.
Established in 1988, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University is a tertiary Grade A hospital integrating medical care, teaching, research, prevention, and emergency services. It is also the Fourth Clinical Department of the National Health Commission's Emergency Center for Nuclear Accidents, a national clinical medicine postdoctoral mobile station, and the granting point for doctoral and master's degrees in clinical medicine. The hospital is a standardized training base for resident physicians and a national drug clinical trial base. It houses several research centers, including the Clinical Center of the State Key Laboratory of Radiobiology and Radiation Protection, the Jiangsu Provincial Engineering Research Center for Promoting the Application of Sports Medicine in Elderly Bone Health, the Jiangsu Provincial Engineering Research Center for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Neurological Diseases, and the Jiangsu Provincial Key Laboratory for Osteoporosis Diagnosis and Treatment Technology and Transformation. Additionally, it serves as the clinical medical center for radiation therapy, neurological diseases, neurosurgery, orthopedics, and osteoporosis in Suzhou. The hospital has four research institutes affiliated with Soochow University and ten city key laboratories.
